Week of Jan. 29-Feb. 2

The month of January is coming to an end!

We have had several writing pieces, and I am working diligently to finish grading them all.

Here's what's on our schedule for this week

Monday: Classroom activity on citing sources

Tuesday: Complete reliable sources activity online (posted in Google Classroom)

Wednesday: Activity 2.6 in Springboard- Evaluating Credible Sources and read "Statement of Commissioner Michael J. Copps", and answer the text-dependent questions on p. 108-109 and complete the RAFT chart on p. 109.

Thurs: Credible Sources review. USA Test prep quiz over standards. Paired passage response in Double Entry Journal format.

Fri: Independent Reading class splits.

**Note: ALL STUDENTS have accounts in Google classroom and know how to sign in. If your child has a homework assignment to complete in Google Classroom, they must be responsible for remembering their password and also for logging in at home.
